How we sell your items on eBay:

We supply a delivery note and take an inventory of all items left to be sold. |

Digital photographs are taken of each item or items to be sold on eBay. |

A detailed listing is placed on eBay usually within 10 working days of leaving your goods with us. We will notify you if this not the case. |

jen-y-bay tracks the auction and answers questions from prospective buyers. |

Once your item is sold and payment is received from your buyer, your goods
are securely packaged and shipped to the winning buyer. |

Once the winning buyers monies have cleared in our account, a cheque and itemised receipt is made out to you approximately 10 working days after the sale ends. |

If the item doesn’t sell we will contact you with the option to either reclaim it
or re-list it. |
