Fees & Commission Charges

•	You don’t pay anything when you hand over your items to sell.
•	We set either a starting price auction, or fixed price (Buy it Now) sale to run over either a 7 or 10 day period.
•	For individual sales: You receive a cheque for 70% of the final selling price. We charge 30% commission of the final selling price (example 1). If an item sells for less than £25.00 there is a minimum commission charge of £7.50 (example 2). If an item sells for less than £7.50 then jen-y-bay retains this in order to cover eBay fees and our processing costs (example 3).
•	For multiple sales: If you have 5 or less items to sell at one time then jen-y-bay fees are £10.00 or 30% commission of the total final selling price (whichever is the highest). If all items sell for less than £33.33 there is a minimum commission charge of £10.00 (example 4). If all items sell for less than £10.00 then jen-y-bay retains this in order to cover eBay fees and our processing costs. (example 5).
•	You have the option to either reclaim unsold items or re-list them one more time.
•	Commission charge covers all eBay fees, PayPal (money transaction) fees, photography and one re-list fee if applicable.
•	Postage & packing fees are not part of the final selling price but this is dealt with by jen-y-bay.
•	A reserve price can be set for single items with the expected value of £50 or over - this will incur additional fees - POA.
